- Maintain exceptional levels of service,
- Ensure compliance of brand standards,
- Recruit, manage, train and develop the F&B team,
- Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner,
- Work within budgeted guidelines in relation to Food & Beverage Costs and Payroll,
- Set departmental targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, and policies and procedures,
- Develop menus with other members of F&B team,
- Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships,
- Be aware of trends and propose ideas to build the range and quality of food and beverage within the hotel,
- Set achievable budgets and other short- and long-term functional goals, also revenue oriented,
- Accountable for monthly stock takes,
- Incentivise team members to maximize sales and revenue,
- Carry out annual and mid-year appraisals with Managers under your responsibility,
- Evaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement,
- Be environmentally aware.
Aranan Nitelikler
- University degree (Tourism & Hotel Management or Business Administration are preferred)
- Excellent written & oral language skills, a second language is preferred
- Good command of computer and MS Office applications
- Have an experience at least 4-5 years in the same position at International Hotel Chain.
- Good interpersonal communication and problem solving skills,
- Strong understanding and knowledge of Hotel F&B operating procedures and business practices.
- Ability to identify and delegate tasks effectively
- Guest and employee satisfaction oriented.
- Strong proven leadership abilities, creativity
- Have a vision for quality excellence in food & beverage operations,
- To be self-motivated, disciplined, analytical and organized
- Completed military duty (for male candidates)
