HR and Training Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing and assessing organizational training programs to convey company culture as per organizational & personel needs. HR & Training Specialist would also be required to conduct HR operation and contribute on proper company's policies and procedures.
Aranan Nitelikler
Have experience in HR field at least 2 years (preferable in hospitality industry)
Strong communication, cooperation and team member-oriented skills
Good command of language skills in English (verbal & written)
Good command of computer skills (MS Office programs)
Have strong presentation and relationship building skills
Take an active role during forming HR&Training policies and procedures
Have comprehensive knowledge of Turkish laws and regulation
Supporting HR processes related with Organizational Development and Succession Planning
Conduct and follow-up selection and recruitment process
Conduct payroll duties (preferable Netsis payroll module)
Determine organizational training needs
Have a professional qualification in adult training discipline
Significant classroom and virtual facilitation experience
Design, implement and follow training programs in company as per company standards
Conduct performance management system and support Talent Management Systems
