Night Manager

Night Manager works at overnight(23:00- 07:00) shift.Oversees the nightly hotel operations, in particular but not limited to the Welcome Office, Night Auditing, and the overall safety & security, for guests and employees alike. Act on behalf of management as the contact person for guests, workers and other hotel departments. Supervise in the absence of the Department Head nighttime operations of departments. Ensure hotel's policies and procedures are followed at all times. 
We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills, passion of guest service and an ability to flexible working hours

Some of your duties would include, but are not limited to... 
- Night Audit 
- Prepare hotel for smooth day operation 
- Ensure billing is accurate 
- Check guests in and/or out. 
- Follow up guest and co-worker defects 
- Make sure all moonlight talent have the tools they need - You're the Manager on Duty for all employees

They possess excellent teamwork and communication skills and have an eye on all of the details exceeding guest satisfaction and operating efficiency.

- Fluent Turkish & English is mandatory 

- Must have at least 3 years experience in hospitality management 

- Must have at least 1 year experience in Night Manager position 

- Extremely detail – guest oriented 

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Knowledge for other departments of the hotel

- Good command of computer and MS Office applications

- Have a vision for quality excellence in food & beverage operations,

- To be self-motivated, disciplined, analytical and organize

- Completed military duty.
