We are looking for a BUYER for our client in retail industry.

Job Description:

• Position objective is to ensure collections which meet target customer expectations are built and to ensure these collections are sourced with target profit margins, desired quality and on planned delivery date.
• Makes researches and gets familiar with target customer expectations, conducts store, competitor store, supplier, and domestic or overseas fair/shopping visits and makes observations; attends customer meetings; reports customers’ expectations/complaints; applies lessons learnt to collections.
• Decides on category budgets, design option budgets
• Makes range plans appropriate for the strategic plan and customer expectations of the product group.
• Follows through the costing process; makes final negotiations and takes order placement decisions
• Ensures products are tested according to Tema regulations and comply with ecological standards.
• Provides coaching and mentoring assistance in line with his/her reports’ needs, and ensures they develop their competencies and perform their tasks effectively.

• University graduate, prefably graduated from Textile or  Endustrial Engeering 
• Experianced in a similar position for at least 5 years,
• Exprerianced in production and product development,
• Required to have a disciplined approach to process controls,
• Prefably experianced in market researches, competitor analysis and customer researches
• Intrests in fashion, trends and has commercial eye
• Experianced in team management, planning and organisation
• Good command of English,
• Candidate is expected to be very proactive, dynamic and selfmotivated,
• Male candidates should have completed military service obligation
