WELDING ENGINEER

We are looking for a 'Production Assembly Engineer' for our multionational client which is the world's leading concrete machinery manufacturer.

• Production of welded steel components,
• Steel welding operations (MAG),
• Coordination of Inspection of welded steel structures,
• Coordination of corrective and preventive actions,
• Coordination of welding reworks and repairs,
• ISO 9001:2000, DIN-18800-7, EN 3834-2 activities,
• Coordination of engineering changes,
• Daily shift reports,
• Production efficiency, productivity and NPT,
• Welder trainings,
• Process flow and layout studies,
• Lean production applications.  

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, or Materials & Metallurgy Engineering,
• Certified Welding Engineer (CWE),
• ISO 9001:2000, EN 3834-2, DIN 18800-7 knowledge preferable,
• Theoretical and practical welding process experience,
• Non-destructive testing methods (UT, MT) certification is an asset,
• Good command of Ms Office applications,
• Fluent in English,
• Result oriented, self motivated, analytical thinking,
• Military obligation must be completed,
• Able to live in Çerkezköy or Çorlu area.
