OUTLET MANAGER / BÖLÜM MÜDÜRÜ

Job Brief:

Can you assist in supervising the restaurant team to ensure that they are prepared and well-informed to deliver guests an exceptional service throughout their dining experience? Are you aware that the role is responsible for managing the first impressions of our guests and, therefore, must oversee the entire restaurant operations to maintain high standards of use up-selling techniques to promote restaurant services and facilities? Are you capable of imparting knowledge to the team to ensure departmental objectives are met, prepare work schedules, implement policies and procedures across the restaurant? Do you know that your role serves as the liaison between associates and guests and include communicating service orders to the kitchen, acknowledge and welcome guests according to restaurant protocols and present checks to guests for payment? Have you in your past role taken on responsibilities to provide solutions to guests and anticipate their needs for any service within the restaurant? Can you train and guide Service Coordinators the service standards established for the restaurant with all relevant changes from time to time in the absence of the Assistant Restaurant Manager? Job Requirements:

Minimum 2 years in food & beverage service in a supervisory role within a 5 star hotel environment is a must. Moderate level of communication in written and spoken english and local language is a must. Individual has also to be physically fit and able to lift, move and carry items within the prescribed limits. Good interpersonal are a plus. Must possess the relevant food handling certificate as required by the local authorities. Familiar with HACCP Guidelines and food safety requirements. The role reports to the Restaurant / Assistant Restaurant Manager.

• University/College degree in a related discipline (Hotel Management and Tourism Vocational High School’s)
• Fluent in Turkish and English
• Very good computer skills, proficiency in MS Office applications
• 5 star hotel and resort experience, pre-opening and operation knowledge in an international chain hotel
• Professional knowledge of preparation and effective operation of departmental budget
• Senior leadership experience
• Highly responsible and reliable
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
• Turkish Citizenship
• Non-smoker
