ACCOUNTS PAYABLE EXECUTIVE / ÖDEMELER YÖNETİCİSİ

Job Brief:

Can you produce records, bookkeeping and financial transactions that will be used by accountants and auditors at tax time? Have you recorded transactions, created reports, tracked income and expenses and checked figures for accuracy? Did you in your past role reconcile vendor accounts & verify charges, monitor aged payables report & recommend payments? Are you capable of calculating, posting, correcting, managing, and paying outstanding invoices and working with vendors to investigate and resolve any discrepancies in invoices before payment? Have you maintained a supplier list and managed credit facilities and credit memos with them on a routine basis? If you have answered yes to all of our questions above, you might be our Nikki fit for this role.  

Job Requirements:

Minimum 1 to 2 years of related financial/office experience required within a hotel environment. High school graduate or equivalent plus business/accounting courses beyond high school preferred. Computer competency requiring word-processing, spreadsheet and database software knowledge and experience.
Ability to work with integrity and administratively organised. Other traits include and are not limited to attention to details, organization, accounting, data entry skills, general math skills, financial software, analyzing information, attention to detail, thoroughness, reporting research results and verbal and written communication. The role reports to Finance & Business Support Manager.

• University/College degree in a related discipline (Hotel Management and Tourism Vocational High School’s)
• Fluent in Turkish and English
• Very good computer skills, proficiency in MS Office applications
• 5 star hotel and resort experience, pre-opening and operation knowledge in an international chain hotel
• Highly responsible and reliable
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
• Turkish Citizenship
• Non-smoker
