Spa Receptionist / REST & RELAXATION EXPERIENCE SENIOR COORDINATOR
Do you know that your role is responsible for the performing of all guest experience functions at the spa, in accordance with spa standards? Are you capable of implementing and maintaining service and management philosophy? Are you familiar with rostering and scheduling appointments for the Spa? Are you ready to provide hands on experience with day to day provision of guest experience, cash handling, checkin - checkout procedures at the spa, as well as spa products and services available, etc? If you have answered yes to all of our questions above, you might be our Nikki fit for this role.
Aranan Nitelikler
Individuals with quick learning ability or having completed an internship in spa or a beauty facility with a 5 star hotel property.
Minimum 2 years in a similar role is a plus.
Good interpersonal skills and familiarity with POS system is essential.
Good written and spoken English and local language is a must.
• University/College degree in a related discipline (Hotel Management and Tourism Vocational High School’s)
• Fluent in Turkish and English
• Very good computer skills, proficiency in MS Office applications
• 5 star hotel and resort experience, pre-opening and operation knowledge in an international chain hotel
• Highly responsible and reliable
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
• Turkish Citizenship
• Non-smoker
