GROUP & EVENTS SALES MANAGER

We are looking for a Groups & Events Sales Manager to work in our Double Tree by Hilton Piyalepaşa Hotel which is part of HILTON Worldwide International hotel chain.

 As G&E Sales Manager; you will maximise revenue opportunities in the areas of group reservations, conferences , banquet and events by driving sales leads and increasing conversions.

• Management experience in hospitality of sales team with strong leadership skills
• Ability in adapting brand standards perspectives to work rapidly
• Extensive knowledge in areas of sales and marketing and budgeting
• Success in team management, development and motivation.
• Ability in following up daily and long term agendas
• Ability to close deals according department sales targets

General Qualifications:

• University/College degree in a related discipline (Hotel Management and Tourism )
• 5 star hotel, pre-opening and operation knowledge in an international chain hotel
• Experience in banquet operations, meeting & conference & event sales
• Fluent in English
• Knowledge of the hotel property management system -ONQ
• High level of IT skills
• Good organisational and administration skills
• Positive attitude and good communication skills
• Excellent grooming standards
• Creative and able to follow job literature, news and applications
