- To assist in revising and updating the outlet Departmental Operations Manual on an as needed basis.
- To assist in developing, monitoring and evaluating all Banquet-related objectives, strategies and actions, so as to achieve budgeted revenues.
- To maintain good customer relationship.
- To conduct daily follow-ups with the DOS on groups in-house and guest satisfaction.
- To personally ensure together with the Outlets Manager that all Banquet set-ups are prepared according to standards.
- To provide a courteous and professional service at all times.
- To maintain good working relationships with your own colleagues and all other departments.
- To work flexible hours according to the demands of your functions.
Aranan Nitelikler
- University degree (Preferably Tourism & Hotel Management Graduate),
- 2-3 years experience in Sales Department in an international hotel chain,
- Proficiency in MS Office applications,
- Able to work flexible hours,
- Good command of written and spoken English,
- Able to work under pressure
- Female candidates
