İş Tanımı

Administrative Assistant will be hired with the following qualifications, for our institutional client we provide consultancy services and active within the higher education field in Antalya.

Follow the jobs in and out of the institution for the executive,

Connect phone lines of the executive. Perform communication services such as mail, e-mail, fax, etc.

Take meeting notes, ensure the documents to be written in line with the procedures requested by administration.

Record and file incoming and outgoing documents,

Schedule appointments, business trips, transfers and meetings of the executive.

Make preparations regarding to the appointments and meetings,

Help organization of business meetings and conferences,

Help preparations of documents such as report, researches, etc.

Fulfill similar and other works assigned by the executive regarding to the tasks.

Aranan Nitelikler

Excellent knowledge of English,

Minimum 2 years of experience in similar position,

Bachelor's Degree,

Good written and verbal communication skills,

High organizational capability,

Ability to use Ms Office software,

No military obligation for male candidates,

Residing or will reside in Antalya
