Industrial Engineer

The Timetable Officer (Planing Chief)  will be hired with the following qualifications, for our institutional client we provide consultancy services and active within the higher education field in Antalya.

The Timetable Officer (Planing Chief) is responsible for providing timetabling and room booking services to the University including the biannual preparation of the class and examination timetable. The position works towards the articulation of all constraints operative on the creation of a class schedule in order to provide a balanced outcome;  ensuring that the university’s resources are being used as effectively and efficiently as possible without compromising the experience of staff and students.

• Excellent written, presentational and oral communication skills in English , with the ability to exchange complex technical concepts   
• Ability to prioritize workloads effectively, balancing conflicting deadlines and achieving results within fixed timescales.
• Evidence of excellent analytical skills, including the ability to explore, evaluate and interpret complex sets of information, draw conclusions, report, recommend and implement potential solutions with practicable courses of action
• Ability to balance competing demands and manage expectations, bearing in mind the needs of the students and operational priorities
• Excellent general Microsoft Office skills is a must
• Knowledge of any programing language or  Extensible Markup Language (XML) is highly desirable
