Performance Marketing Specialist

-Develop reports and make actionable recommendations based on web data to internal stakeholders and management team,
-Assist in developing web analytics strategy and implementation,
-Develop appropriate set of key performance indicators necessary to measure campaign results,
-Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis from multiple data sources including surveys, web analytics tools and user research, and translate those results into actionable business insights,
-Work closely with software development team to add, update and verify implementation of analytics tracking,
-Design, develop and launch testing, targeting and optimization activities across all digital channels (web, mobile apps, mobile html, etc.)
-Support UX / Design projects with ad-hoc analysis requests.
-Coordinate performance agencies (mainly SEO and cpc)
-Optimise performance marketing activities with ROI analysis in all acquisition channels.
-Assist in increasing conversion rates and ROI of digital marketing & site campaigns.

-Bachelor or Masters Degree , preferably in Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, MIS, Mathematics or Statistics,
-Good command of English, both written and spoken,
-Passionate about analytics and data-driven marketing,
-Strong interest for e-commerce and digital trends and willingness to follow global best practices in internet industry,
-Strong knowledge of Excel and HTML,
-Highly analytical and detail-oriented,
-Strong interpersonal relations and team player,
-Intellectually curious with a strong willingness to learn,
-Highly motivated, resourceful problem solver with the ability to lead and interact effectively with cross-functional teams,
-Residence on the Anatolian Side of İstanbul.
