KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- To maintain high standards of food preparation and service in the appointed kitchen
- To have thorough knowledge of the establishment’s facilities and personnel involved
- To have good knowledge of food service techniques and menu content
- To fulfil the requirements of ISO22000 and HACCP
- To contribute and work as a team in the general operations of the kitchen,
- To maintain strict control on food portioning and wastage, ensuring gross food profitability

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 1 - 3 years of experience in the culinary field depending on position
- Flexible and adaptable to different working locations
- Good culinary knowledge
- 1 – 3 years of experience in a Luxury Hotel preferred
- Oral and written fluency in English
- Culinary related certificates (Hygiene certificate must)
- Flexible working hours
