• To consistently provide thoughtful, caring and sincere service
• To coordinate and provide administrative support to the Rooms Division , including Housekeeping, Guest Services and Front Office
• To communicate and update all Rooms Division on changes within these departments
• To maintain all employee records within the Rooms Division
• To follow department policies, procedures and service standards
• To follow all safety policies

• Previous customer related experience an asset
• Previous PMS experience an asset
• Must be computer literate in Microsoft Window applications
• Must be able to type 25 words per minute
• Must possess a professional presentation
• Must possess strong verbal and written skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Highly responsible & reliable
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
