Waiter/Waitress

Ravouna 1906 is a luxury boutique hotel, on istiklal street, istanbul. Hosting several F&B departments that includes, coffee shop and roastery,restaurant, bar, and a rooftop lounge.

The overall scope of the job includes serving food and beverages to guests in the assigned outlet, providing a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service consistent with the standards of the hotel and maximize guest satisfaction.

Report to duty punctually wearing the correct uniform, clean and well pressed, maintaining a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times.

A courteous, professional and efficient service is provided at all times.

Be knowledgeable of all services and products offered by the hotel.

Have the knowledge and understanding to explain and perform upselling all items offered by the department assigned as well as offering alternatives.

Ensure that the place of work and surrounding area is kept clean and organized at all times.

Handle guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner and report guest complaints and feedback to supervisors.

Misafirlerin şikayetlerini misafir şikayet değerlendirme raporuna göre ele alır ve yöneticileri ile koordineli olarak hareket eder

Hijyen ile ilgili şartlara göre hareket eder  ve sorumluluğundaki alanın temizliğinden sorumludur

Misafirlerden siparişleri alır ve servisi gerçekleştirir

Toplam Kalite ve Gıda Güvenliği Sistemi ile ilgili talimat,prosedür ve kurallara uyar

• Misafirlerin şikayetlerini misafir şikayet değerlendirme raporuna göre ele alır ve yöneticileri ile koordineli olarak hareket eder,
• Hijyen ile ilgili şartlara göre hareket eder  ve sorumluluğundaki alanın temizliğinden sorumludur,
• Misafirlerden siparişleri alır ve servisi gerçekleştirir,
• Servis sürecinde ihtiyac olan kuver hazırlığını yapar,
• Toplam Kalite ve Gıda Güvenliği Yönetim Sistemi ile ilgili talimat,prosedür ve kurallara uyar

• Successfully perform opening and closing procedures established for the assigned outlet
• Handle guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner and report guest complaints and feedback to supervisors.
• Assist in carrying out scheduled inventories of products and operating equipment.

• En az Turizm Meslek Lisesi
• 5 yıldızlı otellerde garson olarak deneyimi olan ,
• İngilizce, Almanca, Ispanyolca, Fransizca ve/veya Rusça dillerinden birini orta derecede kullanabilen,
• Takım çalışmasına yatkın,
• Prezentabl,
• Avrupa yakası Beyoğlu civarında ikamet eden.

• Minimum High School graduate.
• Minimum 2 years in F&B Service role.
• Excellent oral and written skills in Turkish and English.
• Additional language is beneficial.
• Ability to work as part of a team, thrive under pressure in challenging circumstances and come up with proactive, rational solutions.
• Ability to identify and delegate tasks effectively.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Applies a professional, confidential and ethical approach at all times
