Housekeeping Manager

We are looking for a “Housekeeping Manager” to work in our Hotel Renaissance Izmir which is a part of Marriott International Hotel chain. Marriott Hotels has been established in 1927 and is the most growing leading company in Tourism Sector with more than 4000 brand Hotels over the world.
The Renaissance Izmir Hotel will be open very soon. There are 110 guest rooms, fitness center, SPA, restaurant and bar.

Responsible for the daily shift operations of Housekeeping, Recreation/Health Club and, if applicable, Laundry. Directs and works with associates to ensure property guestrooms, public space and associate areas are clean and well maintained. Completes inspections and holds people accountable for corrective action. Position assists in ensuring guest and associate satisfaction while maintaining the operating budget.

Min 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related
• Minimum 2-3 years experience in Housekeeping Manager/Supervisor position
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English,
• Excellent command of MS Office applications, Fidelio/Opera
• Multi-task, positive, strong work ethic, result oriented, excellence in analytical thinking, able to work in a team, customer focused personality, organized
• Ability to complete tasks within tight deadlines,
• No military service obligation for male candidates.
