SPA Desk Agent

We are looking for a “Spa Desk Agent” to work in our Hotel Renaissance Izmir which is a part of Marriott International Hotel chain. Marriott Hotels has been established in 1927 and is the most growing leading company in Tourism Sector with more than 4000 brand Hotels over the world. Renaissance Izmir Hotel have 110 large and sophisticated guestrooms boast luxury bedding, the latest technologies fitness center, SPA, restaurant and bar.

Schedule services for individuals and large groups using spa/salon reservations software system. Call guests to confirm scheduled services. Answer questions about available services. Update the reservations list throughout the day, inform providers of last minute changes, and resolve scheduling issues as needed by working with supervisor or manager. Check in guests for appointments, confirm first and last name, and provide general spa orientation to guests upon arrival. Promote and sell spa,salon services. Obtain assigned bank and ensure accuracy of contracted monies, obtain change required for expected business level, and keep bank secure at all times. Process guest payments for spa,salon services and obtain payment authorization as needed. Accept and log cash tips for employees. Balance, scan, and drop receipts with Accounting.

• Min 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related
• Good command of both writen and spoken English,
• Multi-task, positive, strong work ethic, result oriented, able to work in a team, customer focused personality, organized
• No military service obligation for male candidates.
