We are looking for a “Spa Manager” to work in our Hotel Renaissance Izmir which is a part of Marriott International Hotel chain. Position has responsibility for supervising and coordinating activities of employees delivering spa services, including salon, skin care, program coordination, reservations, reception desk, massage and locker room areas. Position focuses on ensuring guest and employee satisfaction and achieving the operating budget.

• High school diploma or GED; 2-5 years experience in the spa, guest services, or related professional area
• Very good command of both written and spoken English, 
• Excellent command of MS Office applications,
• Multi-Task, Detail Orientation, Result Oriented, Good at Time Management&Planning and Negotiating, Able to work in a team, Innovative, Customer Focused Personality, Strong Work Ethic, Excellence in Analytical Thinking.
• No military service obligation for male candidates.
