JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for proactively soliciting and managing sales opportunities for SPA Wellness and Fitness. Actively up-sells each business opportunity to maximize revenue opportunity. Achieves personal and team related revenue goals. Welcome guests in order to gain them as members.

CORE WORK ACTIVITIES
- Identifies new members to achieve personal and property revenue goals.
- Closes the best opportunities for the property based on market conditions and property needs.
- Uses negotiating skills and creative selling abilities to close on business and negotiate contracts.
- Develops and maintains relationships within community to strengthen and expand customer base for SPA sales opportunities.
- Conducts site inspections
- Creates contracts as required.
- Participates in and practices daily service basics of the brand
- Prepares reports to measure productivity and to assess future plans.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- High school diploma or GED; 2-5 years’ experience in the spa management, guest services, or related professional area
- Very good command of both written and spoken English,
- Excellent command of MS Office applications,
- Multi-Task, Detail Orientation, Result Oriented, Good at Time Management Planning and Negotiating, Able to work in a team, Innovative, Customer Focused Personality, Strong Work Ethic, Excellence in Analytical Thinking.
- No military service obligation for male candidates.
