Executive Assistant-Female

  Provide personal administrative support and assistance to the GM as well as responsibility of office activities &PR.

Key Responsibilities (Reporting directly to GM):

1. Managing the day-to-day operations of the office.

2. Organizing and maintaining files and records.

3. Planning and scheduling meetings and appointments.

4. Managing projects and conducting research.

5. Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, memo, charts, tables, graphs, plans and presentations.

6. Making travel and guest arrangements.

7. In charge of events management and marketing activities.

8. Report on Sales actions/activities, MOM, targets, comparison lists, sales table and matrix.

9. Providing quality customer service.

10. Ready to travel with GM to meet customers and suppliers inside Turkey and abroad.

11. Responsible for all related account activities such as company expenses, sales invoice, logistics,

Desired profile:

ü Female.

ü Holder of a driving license.

ü Smart looking and elegant and has friendly personality.

ü Initiative self-disciplined and self-motivated.

ü Excellent persuasion and interpersonal skills.

ü Very well-organized with attention to details and accuracy.

ü Ability to work independently.

ü Computer literate especially MS.Office, Adobe and CRM as well as internet & social media.

ü Online service and trade enthusiast.

Languages:

Turkish Native speaker is a privilege, as well as excellent written and spoken English language. French, German, and Spanish will be a plus.
