Floor Supervisor

Location

The Sheraton Adana, a 240 room new built hotel, is located on the bank of river Seyhan with a nice view to the old city of Adana.

Job Description:

• To supervise all on goings on the floor, communicate the status of all rooms at any time and have an overview of what needs to be completed
• Daily data collection and reporting of issues as they arise
• Support of departmental objectives
• Thorough support of and updating of the training manual
• Ensure full liaison with other members of the team in Housekeeping and Linen Room

• Preferably university degree
• At least 2 year experience in the hospitality industry, experience in a supervisory position preferred
• Good communication skills / assertiveness
• Strong leadership skills
• Like the team work
• Dynamism and good organizational skills
• Proactive and positive attitude
• Customer oriented
• Flexibility and availability schedules
• Sense of responsibility and ethics
• Fluent in English & Turkish
