Personal Assistant to GM – Executive Office

Location

The Sheraton Adana, a 227 room new built hotel, will open mid 2013. The hotel will be located on the bank of river Seyhan with a nice view to the old city of Adana.

• Must be fluently English
• Be Highly professional in appearance, character and conduct
• Put Attention to detail in terms of content, spelling and grammar of written correspondence
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communicative skills and an ability to integrate into all levels of the organisation
• Posses excellent telephone manner
• Show high levels of organisational skills and efficiency
• Possess excellent customer service skills
• Be able to work under pressure both as part of a team and also working on own initiative
• Be proactive and innovative
• Must be highly computer literate with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes, including Mircosoft Outlook facilities.
• Knowledge of desk-top publishing advantageous, but not essential.
* Excellent all-round secretarial skills and experience essential. Previous knowledge of the hotel industry is preferred.
