Location

The Sheraton Adana, a 227 room new built hotel, will open mid 2013. The hotel will be located on the bank of river Seyhan with a nice view to the old city of Adana.

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager who will be overall responsible for:

• Development and implementation of a successful sales strategy to establish the hotels in the market and maximize profitability for the hotels.

• Working closely with the Revenue Manager, continuously monitoring competitive activity and implementing any agreed changes to the properties sales strategy.

• Direct and manage all sales activities to maximize revenue potential.

• Take responsibility for the delivery of the annual Sales Planning process for the properties, fully understanding the market requirements, and the required budgetary guidelines, to enable empowered decisions in all rate negotiations

Requirements:

• Must be fluent in English / Turkish language skills are of benefit,

• Excellent knowledge of the Eastern & Southern European market,

• At least 5 years' experience in the Sales department, whereby 2-3 years in a leadership position with people responsibilities

• Excellent communication skills verbal and written,

• Expert in sales skills, 

• Possess excellent computer and communication skills,
