-Support the process of Transformer Sales to achieve the budgeted orders
Working Partners/Contacts
-Internal: Sales and Tender Groups, Headquarters, Corporate departments within Siemens
-External: Customers (utility companies, other contractors and developers), Consultants, Suppliers
Tasks
-Primary responsibility for Sales revenue target for allocated Region for Transformer sales with suitable contribution as per the norms of the company
-Support to Prepare Sales Plan for the territory / region by taking inputs from the Management/Siemens Headquarters, keeping in mind the potential in the territory / region.
-Actively gather information related to the customer, for example, business opportunities, Organizational and decision making processes, customers needs etc.
-Track and monitor quotations (volume of offers, won-lost analysis, provide feed back of offers to the Business Units, price-analysis per customer and project, etc.)
-Provide marketing intelligence on competitor activity and market trends as requested. Update market intelligence (asses business potentials within current segmentation, competition, price levels by knowing the competition)
-Build and manage relationship with Electricity Utilities, Contractors and corporate houses. Act as the main contact person for customers and serve as the link to the Siemens Transformer organization thereby securing customer satisfaction.
-Call on existing and prospective customer to discuss their actual or potential needs and present suitable company proposals.
-Support the process of contract negotiations & signing of contracts with clients.
Aranan Nitelikler
-Bachelor Degree in Electrical l Engineering
Knowledge/Languages
-Excellent level of knowledge on Transformer industry particularly in Turkey & Middle Eastern Markets
-Technical Knowledge of Power/Auto Transformers as a product
-Prior Knowledge of Competitors as well as customers strategies and business processes
-Fluent in English and/or German
Experience
-Minimum Professional experience of 2-3 years is required in related area.

Additional Information
-Fexibility to travel both within Turkey and overseas for short periods whenever necessary.
