· Set the weekly and monthly target for each distributor
· Monitor progress against sales value and volume targets
· Ensure route efficiency (number of planned calls and call frequency) by taking necessary actions to improve the routes
· Ensure addition of new sales points for the continuous development of the assigned area
· Ensure merchandising and display of company products and efficient use of POP materials according to company guidelines and standards
· Execute, monitor and report promotions
· Ensure product availability at all relevant sales points as per Company guideline
· Follow up delivery from distributor to customer and warehouse to distributor in special cases.
· Prepare adequate and timely sales forecasts for her/his assigned territory
· Accurate and timely reports on Market intelligence: competitor activity, price change and promotional support
Aranan Nitelikler
- University degree in related fields (i.e. Accounting/Economics/Finance)
- Minimum three year of accounting experience
- Good understanding of Turkish accounting system and tax regulations
- Strong knowledge in general accounting functions
- Good communication skills and strong team-player who is also self-motivated
- Able to work and communicate in English
- Highly competent with MS Excel
- Strong analytical skill and detail result oriented
- Completing military service for male candidates
