- Conduct file issues,
- Perform and report company vehicle and personnel shuttle transportation operations,
- Support and control of accountancy and purchases,
- Check invoices,
- Manage relations with banks, Government, Ministries, customs, suppliers,
- Follow-up & control legal obligations, labor law and necessary regulations related to contractors,
- Report all administrative services activities and management of stationery, consumable materials etc.
- Follow the budget and month-end closing process of all employee services,
- Manage employee transportation,
- Coordinate and communicate with service providers and outsourced employees.
Aranan Nitelikler
- University degree from reputable universities,
- Experience in a similar position,
- Advanced oral and written communication in English,
- Advanced Level MS Office applications knowledge,
- SAP knowledge is a plus,
- Knowledge of general legislation and processes of labor and social security law and occupational health and safety,
- Experienced in managing relations with governmental agencies,
- Able to adapt a multinational environment.
- Self-disciplined, influencing personality with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to demonstrate initiative, self motivation and creativity
- Customer-focused and problem solver with strong organizational skills,
