Maintenance Sales Representative

We are looking for a Maintenance Sales Representative for our growing team. Main responsibility of the candidate will be to Protect and grow the maintenance revenue stream.

We are the distributor of a leading CAD/CAM/CAE/PLM editor with a large portfolio of clients from various industrial sectors in Turkey.

Key responsibilities

•  Protect and grow the maintenance revenue stream
• Process maintenance renewal activities following defined processes and systems, ensuring timely and accurate maintenance renewals are in place for all open agreements.
• Process maintenance renewal activities following defined processes and systems, for prioritized inactive customers.
• Adhere to Company standards and procedures such as pricing approvals, monthly pipeline reviews, forecasts.
• Manage renewal negotiations
• Provide and maintain maintenance business KPIs.
• Serve as liaison between customers and the company departments to resolve escalated questions and issues and to maximize maintenance revenue.

  Candidate Profile

  • 2 Years minimum Sales or Telephone sales experience ideally in a similar role.
  • Customer service or support experience is appreciated
  • Experience of working with and understanding contracts
  • Military Service should be completed for male candidates.
