Biyoinformatik Uzmanı

Responsibilities:

• Maintain Linux servers and network
• Support integration with LIMS
• Generate reports from the analysis software
• Troubleshoot issues with the server, storage and network connection
• Manage data storage and backup

Requirements: 

• Experience with DNA sequencing technology and applications.
• Experience with various operating systems, including Windows, Mac and Linux.
• Familiar with bioinformatics software packages for NGS data analysis.
• Familiar with shell command system and scripting languages including bash, Python, Perl.
• Familiar with database systems such as MySQL, Sqlite and  query language.
• Excellent communication skills in writing and presentation.

 Education/experience:

• B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Bioinformatics or a related field
