Corporate Finance Specalist

Execution of all corporate finance transactions of assigned projects, including but not limited to: Debt Capital Markets (Loan Syndication, Eurobond, Debt Private Placement), Pre-IPO hybrid instruments (Convertible), M&A (Strategic partnerships, private equity), Equity Capital Markets (IPO, equity private placements), Project Finance Loans and Mezzanine Debt,
Execution of new mandates and current and potential advisor relationship maintenance,
Taking part in marketing efforts, create presentations for Board of Directors, rating agencies, lenders, borrowers, investors, etc.
Provide support to strategy development for further growth plans of the Holding Evaluation of the new investment opportunities,
Secure a proper master financial model of the Holding in coordination with Business Development, Project Development and Compliance and Legal Officers,
Work closely with Directors to assess overall financial trends and develop appropriate financial action plans which include scenario analysis, financial models, or other data analysis to support decision making,
Work closely with Finance Team to complete tax, audit and corporate governance requirements and support them in the development of executive reports, budgets, dashboards and ad-hoc reporting capabilities utilizing reporting tools,
Follows up regulations and alerts in case of opportunities & threats.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics , Financial Engineering, Industrial Engineering or other related departments,
Master’s degree and/or other professional degrees (e.g. CFA,CPA, SMM) strictly preferred,
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (Financial Intermediaries, Investment Banking, Research, Advisory, Management Consulting, etc.),
Advanced modeling and valuation skills backed by strong financial analysis capabilities,
Having a current understanding of what is happening in the financial markets (e.g. economic trends, interest rate movements etc,)
Strong working knowledge of MS Office Applications,
Excellent written/verbal communication and reporting skills in Turkish and English,
High level of motivation, commitment, and dedication and attention to detail,
