County sales Manager – Vegetables

Role Purpose:

• Develop and grow the  market for the range of our products in Turkey
• Actively support our distribution channel partner(s) to help create demand for products amongst retailers and farmers

We have developed our activities in foreign markets: USA, UK, Brazil, Germany, France, Spain, Mexico, Benelux...

Currently, we’re looking for a County sales Manager – Vegetables. His main focus will to support our current local partner : Market Development / Agronomist.

Accountabilities:

• Conduct Field trials and demonstrations capturing and recording data for use in marketing and promotion activities
• Actively support our distributor(s)  in related technical, business development and marketing campaigns
• Train Dealers, Cooperatives and farmers in the correct use and application of our products in Turkish market
• Undertake market studies and propose strategies and plans to maximise the growth of the products in Turkey
• Report relevant market data and information informing of business development progress
• Identify key stakeholders that can have a significant impact on the business

Knowledge, skills and experience:

• Degree in agronomy or other relevant agriculture qualification.
• At least 5 years experience in our sector : vegetable / seeds production / sales
• Experience of conducting and assessing field trials and demonstrations
• Excellent communication and training skills.
• Able to read, write and speak English.
• Competent IT skills (PowerPoint, Excel and Word).
• Must be energetic, disciplined with a high work ethic.
