Document Control Specialist

We are looking for a Document Control  Specialist to take part in our our Business Development Department.

• Working with the Document Control Manager and to prepare the necessary reports,
• Categorizing, scanning, indexing and archiving all documents,
• Managing, recording, scanning and archiving of incoming and outgoing correspondence.
• Digitalizing and archiving of hardcopy documents,
• Compiling corporate and  project files (correspondence, contracts, reports, quality documents etc.),
• Tracking and monitoring day-to-day document control activities to organize and align information with established policies,procedures and project requirements,to ensure that project information is accurate,controlled,transmitted and archived for optimal tracking and retrieval,
• Contributing to contract preparation activities,
• Distributing documents to the related locations after completion of document control process,
• Responsible for managing company documents while also ensuring their accuracy, quality and integrity.

·         Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Information and Documentation Management, Archieving, Secretary and Office Management or Informatics etc.,

·         Minimum 2 years experience in archiving and document control process,

·         Preferably, previously worked on Energy Projects,

·         Very good knowledge of English,

·         Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.),

·         Detail-oriented, well-disciplined and attentive and open for improvements,

·         Strong communication skills and team worker,

·         Ability to work fast and systematically,

·         Problem-solving skills with strong proactive approach and analytical thinking,

·         Experienced in process management,
