We are looking for EHS Manager for the leading firm which is te most active in construction sector for years.

Job Details

• Supervise, guide, and mentor staff of Safety Specialists working in the field.
• Conduct safety audits quarterly and as needed. Regularly visit projects sites and meet with on-site Safety Specialists.
• Develops and maintains training program, procedures for root causation analysis, and incident investigation protocols and reviews implications to ensure compliance, as well as provide flexibility based on operational requirements
• Advises Senior Leadership on Safety & Health issues related to existing business to ensure compliance with Safety & Health related items and provides support for new business by providing analysis and mitigation of Safety & Health issues
• See to it that all high potential situations and any incidents are correctly investigated in a timely manner, communicated, and corrective measured are followed through.
• Manages external Safety & Health consultant/service provider usage, including selection process
• Manages daily activities of Safety Department and collaborates to improve safety and health onsite and for the company overall
• Develops and manages Safety & Health budget
• Ability to develop strategy & set direction
• Autonomous work habits and ability to handle multiple priorities
