ELECTRICAL FIELD ENGINEER / SUPERVISOR

Oversees, delegates, and monitors all assigned employees' performance on assigned projects/tasks to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and shop drawings, while meeting Company quality standards.
Informs, clarifies, and confers as directed by general Project Manager on estimated versus actual project status (i.e. work progress, work schedules, time sheets, job costing, etc.).
Makes routine inspections of assigned work to verify accurate and timely installations.
Organizes materials and tools in order to maintain clean and neat work areas.
Reads and understands labels, job site maps/directions, manuals, and written instructions accurately.
Monitors materials, tools, and equipment so they can be accurately and efficiently ordered or scheduled for pick up/delivery.
Assigns field employees to project tasks based upon the individual's ability and experience.
Utilizes and maintains accurate project documentation (i.e. time sheets, progress reports, performance appraisals, job costing, daily logs, etc.)
Ensures compliance with contract agreements, quality standards, and schedules.
Control health and safety, environment on site

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering,
Minimum 5 years of field construction experience, ( 2-3 years in water projects)
Knowledge of site installation/commissioning methodologies
Good command of English,
Strong communication, analytical and problem solving skills,
Effective planning and organization,
Able to work in a multinational environment with employees from different cultures,
Residence or able to work in Denizli.
