Executive Assistant

Our client is a leading Videocam Security Systems Company. And we are looking for and Executive Assistant which will perform as a business partner with supporting General Manager business schedule.

• Drafting and preparing documents (reports and presentations)
• Making market and business research studies and reporting,
• Managing business schedule of the manager,
• Proactively identifies and resolves executive needs,
• Other jobs that are assigned by the manager.

The ideal candidate is required to have the following experiences and skills:

• University degree,
• At least 4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Department Assistant,
• Good command of written and spoken English,
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook),
• Strong communication skills,
• Ability to cooperate and prioritize,
• Analytical thinkingi, good planning and organizational skills,
• Mature and professional,
• Pleasant and self-confident team-player
• Flexible and able to work in stressful conditions
