- Assist in the planning of chairman's agenda,
- Scheduling and maintaining complex calendar of appointments, conference calls, meetings and travel itineraries, coordinating related arrangements gathering information and determining and negotiating scheduling issues.
- Managing incoming and outgoing calls and e- mails
- Arranging communication and coordination between the units,
- Carrying out business correspondence and help in documents
- Drafting and preparing documents such as reports and presentations.
- Acting as liaison between chairman and all department.
- Proactively identifies and resolves chairman’s needs
- Making translations when required
- Organize some personal affairs.
- Able to maintain a highest level of confidentiality and pays attention to detail
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience as executive assistant
- Excellent command of English; both written and spoken
- Advanced in using MS Office applications
- Professional manner
- Mature attitude
- Able to work multitask with deadlines
- Attentive about his/her outlook
- Competent with managing priorities
- Excellent management, communication, and interactive skills
- Detail oriented, self-directed and multitasking
