- Ensure vacant positions are filled in a timely manner with good quality people
Employee/Labor Relations:
- Collaborate with senior leadership team and below to resolve people conflicts in ways which minimizes business impact and supports corporate values
- Provide leadership to local management for major issues
- Devise strategy for developing a superior work climate
Training&Development:
- Create training and development activities
- Ensure cost-effective delivery mechanisms are in place
- Identifies and works with internal resources and external vendors to create learning solutions appropriate to company
Compensation&Benefits:
- Devise compensation programs to meet current and future business needs consistent with corporate policy
Organizational Development (including Change Management):
- Provide processes which enable leadership to monitor and realign the organization to better deliver current and future business strategies
- Ensure communications on priorities, performance and what's needed from individuals and teams, is consistent throughout organization
People Leadership:
- Effectively utilize performance management processes to set direction, priorities and performance standarts
- Provide coaching and development to assist employees in their further development

• Degree from a reputable university, MBA preffered,
• 8 -10 years HR Management experience in an international corporation,
• Excellent command of English is compulsory,
• Excellent experience of project management,
• Knowledge about world class manufacturing, Six Sigma and Continuous Learning Programs are of additional value,
• People sensitive, analytical, decisive and results oriented, emphatic and mentorial,
