İş Tanımı

Lead a team to ensure smooth running of day-to-day finance and accounting functions
Ensure the punctuality and accuracy of all the financial reports, statements and budgets
Review the procedure for internal audits and maintain the financial control system
Provide recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities.

Bachelor’s degree in a Finance or Business discipline with a CPA or a MBA / Master Degree in Finance is a plus.
A minimum of 8 years of experience in Finance. Experience in biotechnology/pharmaceuticals preferred.
Budget modeling skills required.
Project & change management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable with making presentations to executive leadership
Strategic thinker with ability to drive others to results
Experience working in heavily regulated environment
Proven solutions-oriented capability and ability to multi-task
Fluent in English.
