- Managing recruitment process, procedures and policies to fill open positions with the appropriate,
- Implementing improvement in recruitment process regarding requirement and innovation,
- Being responsible with the hiring process: Preparation of the ads and publication within the appropriate HR portals,
- Evaluating the job applications , organizing interview schedulers and making face to face interviews,
- Performing queries and searches on databases for qualified candidates
Aranan Nitelikler
- Bachelors degree , preferably in Business, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Labor Economics and Industrial Relations and etc.,
- At least 4 years experience in HR recruitment process (selection and placement),
- Prior experience as a Recruiter for Pharmaceutical, FMCG, Telecommunication preffered,
- Strong planning, organization and reporting skills,
- Experience with and knowledge of HR systems, including applicant tracking systems is highly preferred,
- Must have effective verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to source and pipeline qualified and available candidates across multiple job disciplines,
- Fluent in English ,
- Advanced knowledge in MS Office programs ,
- No military obligation for male candidates.
