İş Tanımı

Give support in Implementing global Human Resources projects,
Be responsible for managing all recruitment processes up to Manager level,
Responds to questions, concerns, and complaints in compliance with labor and employment laws (Iskur and SGK)
Follow all company policies and procedures,
Support processing and maintenance of payroll records in accordance with policies and procedures,
Manage and coordinate Occupational Health and Safety process also private health insurance process,
Supports managers in process management and touch point implementation to ensure consistent execution and deployment throughout the organization,
Ensure all associates have accurately clocked in/out,
Coordinates yearly review of process/touch point documentation with department managers to ensure all documentation is kept current,
Advise and influence first and second line managers on performance management, organizational development and effectiveness, and management effectiveness,

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial or Management Engineering and Social Sciences,
Min. 3-4 years of experience in HR functions, experience in payroll management is a plus
Should have excellent command of English,
Excellent planning &organizational skills and attention to detail,
Ability to work effectively as an individual and as a team member ,
Ability to cope with a multitask environment,
Strong communication skills,
Ability to provide a high level of customer service, eager to can do approach
Ability to work with a sense of urgency to deliver results,detail-oriented and analytical
Proficient with Microsoft Office required (Word, Excel and Powerpoint) knowledge and experience in Oracle is a plus
