- Managing the administrative tasks mainly of recruitment & termination of team members
- Preparing the weekly & monthly reports
- Assisting the monthly payroll preparation
- Assisting all related HR office tasks & dutie
- Provides administrative assistance such as filing paperwork, copy and distributedisciplinary action notices, breakdown, sort and deliver PAF's making new hire andtermination files, copy and send exempt reviews to employee files/managers and department heads. Maintain department and personnel files. Creates and distributes memos, flyers and newsletters, as assigned.
- Provide advice, assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation and guide employees in the use of general HR processes, policies and procedures.
- Experince as HR administrative specialist of min. 1 year
- Fluent in English
- Good knowledge of Turkish labour law and applications
- Good usage of word and excel programs
- Service-minded attitude
- Hospitality business background is preferred
- Experience handling highly confidential and sensitive information
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented, team environment
- Strong organization skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
