A leading group, owning one of the largest windows & doors systems production plants in the Middle East and Europe based in Antalya Turkey, with also factories in Russia, Ukraine, India, Azerbaijan and Iran, is looking to hire a Internal Control & Process Development Manager at holding level to be based in Antalya. 

• Directly reporting to Group CFO
• Pioneering  the identification & development of the internal control &  audit universe,
• Setting up internal financial & operational control procedures
• Development of internal audit team, activities and audit plan to provide assurance on governance, risk and control structures in business processes

• A related degree from a reputable university in Turkey or abroad,
• CIA, CPA, CMA or MBA is an asset,
• Minimum 4+ years of experience internal audit in production/manufacturing sector
• Knowledge of CMB (Turkish SPK) governance & internal audit regulations, The International Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing, preferable SOX
• Knowledge of IFRS and Turkish Local GAAP,
• Proficiency in English,
• Advance knowledge of MS Office applications & Visio, and experience in ERP systems (ie. Netsis)
• Developed oral and written communication skills, flexibility
• Strong analytical & auditing skills, result oriented personality,
• Good team player, detail oriented, having developed problem solving skills,
• Change initiation, execution and quick adaptation skills,
• For male candidates completion of military service,
• The role will be based in Antalya.
