Mechanical Engineer

• University degree from Mechanical and Mechatronic Engineering 
• Candidates who hawe minumum 4-5 year experience in railway or automotive production industry will be  prefferred.
• Good command of English both written and oral
• Should have knowledge in Iso 9001, Kaizen and 5s systems
• No military obligation for male candidates
• Able to travel in Turkey & abroad
• Able to work in Sincan Industrial Organised Zone
• Should have driving licence

• Ability to work on multiple complex engineering problems independently and in a collaborative setting
• Hands-on experience with design, assembly, operation, maintenance and repair of equipment and devices in the production
• Experience in test planning (test plan development), set-up, data collection and analysis, and report development to include findings and recommendations
• Knowledge of engineering equipments in automotive industry
• Experience in testing and commissioning of all mechanical services/installations
• Lead shift mechanic team in the factory
• Ensure that the production is done according to Qms standards and legal requirements with required quality, quantity, time and cost 
• Lead new equipment commissioning and start-up stages 
• Lead Planned Maintenance activities in production lines & process to improve performance and involve in training activities of blue-collar workers 
• Involve in improvement projects to eliminate losses and to increase machine efficiencies
