Production Engineer

General Qualifications:

We are one of the biggest industrial companies of Central Anatolia and looking for a production engineer with following qualifications:

* Chemical Engineer, preferably with a masters degree on production planning,
* Preferably 2-3 years experience on industrial production,
* Analytical minded, creative, excellent communication skills,
* Fluently in English,
* Good computer skills especially as of MS Excel,
* A good team player, creative personality and has good problem solving skills,
* Ready to live at Konya,
* No military obligation for male candidates.

Job Description:

The production engineer will be responsible for;

• Personal development and management of the blue collar workers in production line,

• Sustaining daily production plan in order to keep high quality and productivity,

• Coordination and implementation of autonomous maintenance activities,

• Planning, implementation and reporting of process improvement and simplification activities,

• Planning, implementing and reporting of production related system tools,

• Take active role in new projects.

• Check the contractors to ensure safe at work sites.
