İş Tanımı
- University degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Electrical or other related Engineering Faculties,
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Quality Control
- Should have knowledge in ISO 9001 , TS 16949, IRIS or AS 9100 systems
- Experienced in automotive &railway industries is preferred
- Experience in heavy equipment manufacturing preferably automotive –railway production (including steel works, machining, welding, assembly, and painting operations) is preferred
- Experience in long term and large scale industrial and/or production projects
- Good command of English both written and oral
- Knowledge and experienced in quality assurance systems and process management (ISO/TS 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 18001
- No military obligation for male candidates
- Good organizational, planning and time management skills
- Demonstrated analytical abilities with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Having strong leadership skills and a good team leader
- Able to travel in Turkey & abroad
- Able to work in Sincan Industrial Organized Zone
- Should have driving licence
- Ability to work in an international working environment, having an international sense of business
Aranan Nitelikler
- Material incoming inspection activities
- To take a role in supplier evaluation
- To make the quality control for production process of the production
- Implementing and maintaining Quality Management System,
- Manage all day to day activity within Quality Department
- Product final inspection activities
- Casting process control activities
- Regularly measure and report product conformity, process performance, quality costs, quality scores of the factory
- Report to Line Managers: deliveries, quality performances, production status, etc
- Establish coordination between suppliers Production Lines
- Organize and conduct QMS (quality management system) activities (internal and external audits)
- Develop and deploy quality policies, procedures and regulations in line with local legal and company corporate requirements
- Take role in new suppliers evaluations
- Detect non-conformances, prepare NCR(nonconformance) reports and follow supplier action plans for continious improvement
