SALES MANAGER

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Contact potential partners: architects, designers, consultants, developers; suppliers and explore opportunities for the various product ranges carried by the Company,

Visiting Architects and Interior Designers to specify company products for sales and tendering in projects under specifications,

Initiate and follow actively and successfully the sales process: lead generation; credentials pitch; asking questions; solution pitch; negotiation; close,

Report monthly visits, project log and project status,

Respond to requests for information in a timely manner,

Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential,

Support the development of brands’ strategies and plans across the organization,

Responsible to ensure business compliance with accounting procedures,

Develop and implement strategies, long term plans, annual operating plans, annual budgets, while measuring progress on an ongoing basis,

Drive overall profitability and build sources of growth and value creation in line with pre-set targets,

Provide leadership and undertake project management activities,

Minimum BA Degree or BS in Engineering (preferably electrical and electronic engineer or architecture),

Minimum 10 years of experience in lighting project,

Business-oriented mindset, results’ driven with attention to details and high degree of accuracy,

Mental agility with ability to focus on key issues quickly and incisively,

Strong team-building and managerial skills,

Strong judgment and strategic thinking,

Financial acumen and analytical skills,

Mature, rounded and polished personality,

No restriction for traveling ( both domestic & abroad )
