Company / Job Description

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify and resolve gaps in business processes, policies, and other factors to enable more efficient use of Salesforce,
  • Keeping abreast of new Salesforce functionality and providing recommendations for process improvements and potential benefits,
  • Host and manage the weekly, monthly, quarterly sales operations review meeting with internal team and customer per business requirement,
  • Provide detailed and accurate reporting to Sales management on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to support business objectives
  • Build ad hoc reports and analyses based on requests from the sales team,
  • Build and maintain models to measure and forecast key metrics for the sales organization,
  • Manage the entry of contract details into ESOP and CRM, ensuring that all companies are charged, whilst flagging to Customer Service team or finance credit control missed payments,
  • Supports the Sales teams to administer and service in house customer support issues for sales staff,
  • Key liaison point with Customer Service and Event Operations team for customer data and event floor plan queries

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree / University of Applied Sciences qualification
  • Minimum 3+ years of Experience in related area,  preferably at least 1+ years of experience in Sales
  • Good communication skills, strong team player who is also self motivated
  • Good command of both written and spoken English
  • Well organised and good time management
  • Experience of data analysis and manipulation as well as having analytical mindset and approach
  • Solid sales force knowledge and usage experience
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and ESOP preferable
  • Advanced Level of Computer Use and Ms. Office Programs (Excel knowledge is a must)
  • No military obligation for male candidates
