Supply Management Engineer

Mechanical or Industrial Engineer
Certified and experienced in ISO auditings  (internal and external).
Min. 3 years experience in Purchasing or Project Management, (preferably in Railway or Automotive)
Should have knowledge in Microsoft Project Application
Must be fluent in Turkish and English
Able to work for flexible working hours
Having a valid driving license and active driver,
Able to travel in Turkey & abroad
No military service obligation for the male candidates
Living in Ankara (preferably near to Sincan)
Not older than 30 years

Managing of progress for FAI (First Article Inspection) and FSII (First System Instillation Inspection) with
coordination of Technical & Quality Department
Prepareing and/or edit meeting minutes, presentations and tables.
Creating agendas, minutes, correspondence, documentation, and presentations
Participating  to the Project Team Meetings
Evaluation of the contractors during serial production period and reporting to Head of the Department
Direct performance follow-up, management of the contractors, ensure quality and respect delivery
deadlines.
Participating  to project meetings related the subject of the Contract (supply management member of project
team)
Archiving and  keeping record of all project documents (hard and soft copies)
Follow up progress of new parts related the contracts, take action when deviating from target (quality,
costs, delivery) and report accordingly to Head of the Department
Coordinating meetings with the Contractors, including travel arrangements and expense reports.
Ensuring  coordination of the interfaces of all disciplines between the Company and the Contractors
Maintaining  good communication with engineers and contractors to assure timely and efficient completion of
jobs, proper communication of issues, and proper documentation of the entire process at each job site.
Processing daily, weekly and monthly reporting to ensure all schedules run smoothly, all jobs are completed
as prescribed, and all invoicing is processed on time.
