TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST

We are a dynamic, active middle-sized foreign company specialized in the production of spray paints and silk-screen inks for the industrial sectors in which the technical and aesthetic features of decorative products have to be top-notch.

Now, we are looking for a team member in Eskisehir who will be responsible for providing technical support to our existing customers.

Job Description 

• At the very beginning the candidate will be involved only in technical assistance and support.
• Periodical technical visits to customers: trials with new products in customer’s facility, technical training to customers, technical assistance to customers for problem solving, support to sales people for visits to customers.
• In long term, the candidate will support sales activities, invoicing and warehouse management: ins and outs, expiration deadlines, mixing of colors and color match after customer requests, quality control of goods in and of goods out, ready to be used color for specific customers.

• Able to locate in Eskisehir or nearby
• University degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or any relevant subject
• Not color impaired
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Age below 35
• Having good interpersonal skills
• Driving license
• Having previous experience in a similar position and/or in a similar industry is an asset.
