Position Profile for: Coordinator/Communications Coordinator

Liaison between the field and Headquarters whose responsibility is to give the highest quality of support and service to franchisees, Development Agents, and field staff.
Degree: University degree, Customer service experience preferred.
Knowledge and skills necessary for effective job performance:
· Fluency in Turkish & English.
· Solid verbal and written communication,
· Excellent customer service skills, organization, problem solving, 'can - do' and helpful attitude,
· Basic computer skills, and time management.
· Detail oriented, work well in a team environment, and with the ability to work independently.
Major Duties & Responsibilities
Research and resolve inquiries/problems including, but not limited to, those relating to equipment, vendors, accounting debits/credits, entering and tracking insurance, transmission of sales ( including set-up and transmission procedure), and compliance issues. Taking customer calls and maintaining customer service database if applicable
Equipment orders for new, remodeling, or relocating restaurants. Review equipment lists for completeness and compliance with company policy, compile edit lists, place and track orders, work to correct freight damage/loss concerns, and work with the field to move restaurants through the construction phase quickly. Assist with store photo approval where necessary.
Data entry for sales entry/corrections, WISR's received, memos, basic fixed attributes, and restaurant status. Keep all reports up-to-date.
Coordinate area communications including the translation, coordination and sending of weekly newsletters, required publications, and written notifications.
